The problem:
Whitewater Valley Breastfeeding Coalition needed a strong visual identity to represent their mission of supporting and advocating for breastfeeding mothers. They wanted a logo that conveyed warmth and nourishment while incorporating blue and yellow to symbolize breastmilk. The design needed to be simple yet meaningful, ensuring recognition across various platforms, from print materials to social media.

I created a logo that embodies the coalition’s values by incorporating soft, flowing elements that represent connection and nourishment. The design features a harmonious blend of blue and yellow, symbolizing the dual aspects of breastmilk—foremilk and hindmilk—while evoking trust, calmness, and energy. The logo is versatile, ensuring clarity and impact across different media, from fliers to digital content. This design effectively communicates the coalition’s dedication to empowering and supporting breastfeeding families in the Whitewater Valley community.
